At HairMex, we are committed to providing the highest standard of medical care before, during, and after your hair transplant procedure. Hair transplantation is a medical procedure, and individual healing and hair growth vary from patient to patient. For this reason, no clinic can guarantee a specific cosmetic outcome or hair density.

However, we stand behind the quality of our work and provide the following commitment:

12-Month Evaluation

Your hair transplant will be evaluated after sufficient healing, typically at approximately 12 months following your procedure.

Graft Growth Assurance

If, in the medical judgment of the treating physician, there is an area where transplanted grafts have failed to grow due to factors related to the procedure (and not due to ongoing hair loss, medical conditions, medications, trauma, smoking, failure to follow post-operative instructions, or other factors beyond our control), HairMex will discuss appropriate corrective treatment, which may include a revision procedure at no professional surgical charge, subject to adequate donor hair availability and medical suitability.

Conditions of This Assurance

This assurance applies only if all post-operative instructions have been followed and all recommended follow-up evaluations have been completed.

Post-Operative Care — Flexible & Convenient

All patients may choose to receive their post-operative follow-up care at either the location where their procedure was performed (Tijuana) or at our Westwood, California location. This includes routine follow-up visits, evaluations, or post-operative assessments. Our goal is to ensure that you receive continuous support throughout your recovery and that any concerns are addressed promptly by our medical team.
